Suspect in custody. I'm Angelo Bavaro, Fox News. The FBI has identified the men who they say showed up at U. S. Attorney Alina Haba's office with a baseball bat earlier this week as Keith Michael Lisa. Investigators say he entered the federal building in Newark, New Jersey, returned without the bat and then damaged property inside the office. He is facing federal charges for bringing a weapon into a federal facility and destruction of federal property. President Trump says the BBC should, quote, pay up for what he calls a deceptive edit of his January 6th speech as he plans to sue the network next week.

The BBC did issue an apology, but the president doesn't think an apology is enough. After the network stitched together parts of his January 6th speech. The BBC admits it gave, quote, the mistaken impression that President Trump had made a direct call for violent action when in reality those lines were delivered almost an hour apart. And the BBC clip left out Trump telling supporters to protest peacefully. Now, while the BBC apologized, they're still refusing to pay compensation, writing quote, while the BBC sincerely regrets the manner in which the video clip was edited, we strongly disagree. There is a basis for a defamation claim. And now the president says he plans to talk to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer about it this weekend.

That is Fox's Chanley Painter. Now this controversy comes amid other allegations of bias at the BBC, including pro trans and anti Israel stances. The Federal Aviation Administration is easing some of the limits it placed on commercial flights at 40 major U.S. airports since November 7th. Starting today, required flight reductions will drop from 6% to 3%. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says those restrictions will stay in place until air traffic control staffing stabilizes and safety benchmarks improve. America is listening to FOX News.

39 year old Jose Barco is a Venezuelan national. He came to this country legally as a refugee and as a 4 year old child with his family enlisted in the US army at 17. His family says Barco applied for citizenship while overseas, but we're told his paperwork was lost. When Barco got back, he began suffering from PTSD and spent 15 years in prison on attempted murder charges after firing a gun into a group of teenagers at a house party in Colorado Springs in 2008. He left prison one day after President Trump's inauguration and ICE agents were waiting with orders to deport any undocumented immigrant convicted of a crime in Florence. I'm Brian Webb, FOX News.
