It is not clear whether those two Guard members were from the D.C. national Guard or had been sent from out of state as part of the president's deployment of the Guard to the Capitol to deal with crime. But again, two National Guard members shot in Washington, D.C. this happening about a mile from the White There is no confirmation yet on their conditions. Police so far calling this a critical incident. No other details yet. Vice President J.D. vance is visiting Kentucky's Fort Campbell, serving and dining with the troops there as President Trump pushes a plan to end the war in Ukraine.

Army sources saying troops were involved in a shooting. Two Guard members were wounded. Their conditions are are not yet known. A state judge is set to stand trial in Wisconsin accused of helping an immigrant escape federal custody.

The trial for Hannah Dugan, a Milwaukee county circuit judge, will begin Dec. 11. According to U.S. district Judge Lynn Adelman, Dugan is charged with concealing an individual to prevent arrest and obstruction after federal immigration agents said she led an immigrant in the country illegally out of her courtroom's private exit last April as agents waited to arrest him. That immigrant, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, was later caught and has since been deported. Dugan's defense attorneys say she was acting in her official capacity when she led Flores Ruiz out of court.

Fox's Grinal Scott, the judge facing up to six years in prison if convicted. Two brothers in Virginia are accused of plotting to kill Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

John Bennett is an assistant high school principal in Virginia beach and its announcement of last week's arrest. The Homeland Security Department says he and his brother Mark were overheard by an off duty Norfolk, Virginia, police officer at a restaurant last Monday discussing plans to kill ICE agents and police officers. Mark Bennett said he planned to meet with like minded people in Las Vegas to buy firearms and explosive ammunition. He was arrested at the Norfolk airport two days later, about to board a flight en route to Las Vegas. John Bennett was arrested in Virginia beach the same day. They're on home confinement, ordered to not talk to each other or possess firearms. Their preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 23rd. Chris Foster, Fox NEWS an hour to.
