Day five of the crackdown. I'm Carmen Roberts, FOX News. Homeland Security's immigrant roundup in New Orleans is putting the city's sanctuary policy to test. And fox's Garrett Tenney has more from the city known as the Big Easy.

We saw protests ramp up across the Big Izzy yesterday with multiple demonstrations across the area ranging from a few dozen people to others like one last night that had around a hundred or so people outside the federal courthouse protesters calling for an end to this immigration operation that just got underway. Things stayed peaceful. No arrests were made. But the demonstrators have been ratcheting up the pressure on local officials to do more to fight back against Operation Catahoula Crunch. Border Patrol agents have been going door to door throughout the weekend while ICE continues its own targeted operations in the area.

Police in the outskirts of London arrested a man at Heathrow Airport today after a pepper spray attack on a crowd of people in a parking garage. Police say that four men carried out the attack and robbery which caused hours of delays and minor injuries to at least five people. Police are looking for the three other men involved. Say it's not terrorism related. Congress is still trying to come together on a plan to extend health care subsidies under Affordable Care act or Obamacare. Those subsidies are set to expire soon and some Republicans, including Brian Fitzpatrick from Pennsylvania, are arguing that lawmakers should work across the aisle to reach a deal. He tells FOX News, if you're going.

To get two hundred and eighteen votes in the House and 60 votes in the Senate, it has to be a bipartisan bill by definition. So why are we wasting our time with single party bills that are nothing more than messaging bills? That's not going to solve people's problems.
