The airstrikes were to protect everyone, not just Christians. I'm Carmen Roberts, Fox News. The Nigerian government is making that declaration after President Trump ordered US Strikes on ISIS in Nigeria, claiming the terrorists were targeting Christians. Fox's Madison Scarpino is traveling with the president and has more from West Palm Beach, Florida.

President Trump threatening to kill many more terrorists if the murders there continue. The president announcing the strike on Christmas night, saying in part quote, the United States launched a powerful and deadly strike against ISIS terrorist scum in northwest Nigeria who have been targeting and viciously killing primarily innocent Christians at levels not seen for many years and even centuries. A military official tells the Times the operation was done in coordination with the Nigerian military. The deadly strikes come after a surge of attacks on Christians and Christian institutions in Nigeria. President Trump has previously lashed out on the country's government for having done nothing to stop the killings, even threatening to cut off aid.

The winter storm warning is in place for New York City. For upstate New York, those are going to be the areas that see the absolute heaviest snowfall. But there's going to be spots where you see ice. There's going to be spots where you see rain. If you're in a spot where it's cold enough, it is going to be a big snowmaker. There's going to be places where this is an ice maker. That's the case from Philadelphia down towards Baltimore, across much of the state of Pennsylvania, areas where you could see ice that could take down branches, take down power lines. You could see some power outages as this whole system sweeps on through. And it's on that northern end of the system where the temperatures are a little bit colder that you start to see some significant snowfall. New York City, 4 to 8 inches. Is it completely reasonable they're going to be areas in upstate New York where you're getting closer to a foot of snowfall?
