Allen, who was arrested and charged with trying to assassinate the president, was placed in severe lockdown which included temporary suicide watch. Allen has since been removed from suicide watch. But the judge who presided over his hearing questioned why Allen was placed on restrictive suicide watch at all. And the judge also apologized saying, quote, what am I to say to Allen, that this is going to be a fair process if we're putting him in a safe cell when he's not supposed to be in there? At a minimum, I should be apologizing to him. We are obligated to make sure he's taken care of. Mr. Allen. I'm sorry that things have not been the way they are supposed to.

The Book of Mormon has been performed at that theater since 2011. There's been no injuries among the dozens of firefighters who fought the blaze, which began in an electrical room.
