Negotiators for the US And Iran have agreed to a framework of a deal, but it has yet to be approved by President Trump. If a memorandum of understanding is approved, it would mean a 60 day ceasefire extension, the Strait of Hormuz reopened and Iran committing to dropping any ambitions of Pakistan possessing a nuclear weapon. As those discussions continue, Israeli military forces have been expanding their ground operations northward in Lebanon. The Lebanese health ministry says 42 people have been killed, more than 50 others injured.

Vice President JD Vance telling reporters Thursday an agreement is closed, but they're not there yet. Big manhunt over in Hawaii for a man wanted in the murders of three people on the Big Island. Hawaii County Police Chief Arid Mahuno and says they received a tip about a possible sighting near the coastal area of Kaimu Cove.

Officers and detectives responded to the area and conducted a search, ultimately locating the suspect concealed within a small cave on the neighboring property. The suspect, identified as Jacob Baker, male, 36, was taken into custody without incident.

Baker was wanted in connection with the killings of three men, ages 69 to 79 over a two day period. Fire erupted at an apartment complex in downtown Dallas Thursday following reports of an explosion causing massive damage to the building. Fire Rescue department spokesman Jason Evans confirming human remains were found at the scene.

A blue origin rocket exploding during a test of its engines. A static fire engine test is when the rocket's engines are ignited and they run at full thrust, but the vehicle is unable to go anywhere. During the test. The rocket was uncrewed and thankfully no one on the ground nearby was hurt, the local sheriff saying there's no danger to the public. NASA also contracted Blue Origin to provide lunar landers for the Artemis and Moon based programs, but so far it's unclear how this blast will impact those space programs.

Bondi did, however, agree to sit for this transcribed interview. She is expected to be at the meeting with Assistant U.S. attorney General Harmeet Dillon.
