Fox has told that federal Judge Maame Awusi Mensah Frimpong, a Biden appointee, has written a tentative order that will potentially block the Trump administration DHS from carrying out some of the most controversial parts of its immigration sweeps here in the LA area. In particular, DHS will be blocked from conducting stops of suspected illegal immigrants unless the agent has a reasonable suspicion that there is a violation of immigration law. Fox a US immigration official tells a federal court the Trump administration has not decided where it would report Kilmar Abrego Garcia if he's freed, but we may find out today as everyone returns to court.

ICE Assistant Director Thomas Giles testified in a Maryland federal courtroom that if Kilmar Abrego Garcia is released pending trial on human trafficking charges, they would take him into custody, but that they hadn't decided if they'd try to deport him again to El Salvador or a third country. Abrego Garcia's attorney, Simon Sandoval Moshenburg, said outside court today he wants the judge to make sure Abrego Garcia won't be deported unless two things happen.

It turns out researchers didn't have to go far from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science to find a dinosaur fossil bone. Ironically, the discovery was made right under the museum's parking lot and after a 750 foot hole was drilled so scientists could study geothermal heating. Museum curator James Hagedorn says the chances of finding a dinosaur under these circumstances and is extremely unlikely.
