The Department of Homeland Security says agents arrested Jose Luis Mendoza Gonzalez at a market in Chicago and he remains in ICE custody. They say he is an undocumented immigrant from Mexico. Now, you remember back in April, Mendoza Gonzalez was charged with concealing a court abusing a corpse and obstruction of justice in the death of Megan Boss. Police in Waukegan found Boss's body in a container in Mendoza Gonzalez's yard. She'd initially been reported missing back in March.

Immediately after his first court appearance, Lake County, Illinois, Judge Randy Bruno released Jose Mendoza Gonzalez from custody. At least 34 people, including children, are dead after a tourist boat carrying 53 people capsized in heavy rains during a sightseeing tour of Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. At least eight others are reported missing. I'm Debra Valentine. This is FOX News.

Fatalities Reported: At least 32 people have been killed in Gaza as Israeli troops fired upon individuals attempting to reach a food distribution site.
Conflict Details: The Israeli army claims that the group approached the site despite warnings and fired warning shots. However, eyewitnesses and hospital officials report that dozens were killed during the confrontation.
