Certainly that deal with Japan, which President Trump called one of his best yet, that the tariffs have been reduced to 15%.

President Trump is pushing for a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine as both sides launched attacks on Friday that left several civilians hurt. Fox's Stephanie Bennett with the details.

Earlier this month, President Trump threatened new sanctions on Russia and countries that buy its exports unless peace is reached within 50 days. Now delegates from Russia and Ukraine, they met on Wednesday for a third round of talks in Turkey. They also agreed to a prisoner swap, but they made little progress on ceasefire terms. And Russia claims to have captured two villages. And a Russian strike hit a hospital in Kharkiv, injuring at least 14.

So far, talks have failed to produce and a long term peace solutions. However, both sides have agreed to prisoner exchanges in recent weeks. Fox's Christina Coleman reports on a near mid air collision for Southwest Airlines.

Southwest flight bound for Las Vegas suddenly dropped nearly 500ft in a matter of seconds to avoid a possible midair collision with another plane, a Hawker Hunter jet flight tracking site. Flight Radar 24 says data shows at its closest point the Two planes were 4.86 miles apart laterally and 350ft apart vertically. This incident happened shortly after the Southwest flight took off from Burbank Airport, terrifying passengers. They said people were screaming for their lives as the plane quickly descended. The FAA released a statement on this incident saying, quote, Southwest Airlines Flight 14 responded to an onboard alert that another aircraft was in the vicinity while in Los Angeles Route Traffic Control center airspace.

The FAA is investigating. Two flight attendants were treated for minor injuries. At least one person hurt when an American Airlines flight was forced to abort takeoff due to a landing gear failure while departing Denver International Airport.
