Federal agents say Jeanine John Tayley is facing charges after he was spotted suspiciously walking the grounds at Trump National Golf Course in rancho Palos Verdes, California. The 38 year old was busted Sunday, days ahead of President Trump's planned visit to the course for a fundraiser. Investigators say Talley had a loaded pistol and a 16 round magazine magazine. They add he was taking pictures at the golf course in an apparent effort to monitor security activities ahead of the president's arrival. Tom Graham, Fox News.

New Jersey's attorney general has filed a lawsuit against Amazon saying it's not taking care of its delivery drivers.
