A monkey brain A group of university researchers in China say they've recreated the brain of a macaque monkey using artificial intelligence and a specially built computer, making use of 960 processor chips, with each of those supporting 2 billion neurons and more than 100 billion synapses. And that's similar to the number of neurons and synapses that a macaque has. They've named the Project Darwin Monkey, and together with China's Deep Sea AI, it's demonstrating impressive levels of logical reasoning and mathematical problem solving. The team argues it is the closest thing yet to building an actual brain with brain power. Eben Brown, Fox News A Japanese military.

A significant aspect of this policy is the 100% tariff levied on most computer chips imported into the United States. President Trump emphasizes the positive impact on domestic companies:
Donald Trump [00:08]: "We have hundreds of billions of dollars pouring into our country now. We should have done this many years ago."
He further clarifies the benefits for American enterprises:
Donald Trump [00:39]: "Companies like Apple is if you're building in the United States or have committed to build, without question committed to build in the United States, there will be no charge."
