The was the focus of this lawsuit group saying that the state violated federal laws by erecting the facility without properly studying how it would affect the delicate ecosystem. The judge issuing an injunction that says that the state must remove all lighting, fencing, generators and sewage equipment within 60 days. Looking at that, you can effectively say you cannot operate a facility without those things. So this facility would be shuttered within the next two months.
