With six people fatally shot in the past few days, Chicago is hoping to avert a federalization of its police force, as we hear from Fox's Gronell Scott.

His head of security says the 81 year old was in a rental car when he was flagged down by a woman who was the victim of a domestic violence incident and that Giuliani contacted police on her behalf. The one time Republican presidential candidate, dubbed America's Mayor after the 911 attacks, has had a few rocky years recently.
