It's still unclear how many are hurt. Police initially thought there were two suspects, but now say surveillance video confirms there is only only one. A deal to prevent a TikTok ban in the US is in its final stages following talks between American and Chinese delegates in Madrid, Spain. Fox's Lucas Tomlinson has more from the White House.

Trump said he was close to finalizing the TikTok deal would shine over the future of the popular social media app which has 170 million users in the United States. That's about half the country and where American teenagers spend on average up to two hours a day.

This deal means that TikTok will be majority owned by Americans in the United States. There will be seven seats on the board that controls the app in the United States, and six of those seats will be Americans. And the data and privacy will be led by one of America's greatest tech companies, Oracle. And the algorithm will also be controlled by America as well.

White House Press secretary Caroline Levitt provided the exclusive details on the deal, which she says will be signed in the coming days.

NYPD leaders have emphasized there are no specific or credible threats, but they still have to be on high alert because of the climate here and also abroad. So here's what we can expect to see during one of the most complex security operations of the entire year. Heavily armored teams patrolling the streets, drones and helicopters in the sky, harbor units on the water, and armored vehicles that will be used to move world leaders around the city. Drones will also be in the sky for surveillance. We also mentioned synagogues. Well, they're part of the security plan, too. With the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, starting on Monday at sundown, and with the war in Gaza escalating, houses of worship will have a heightened police presence.
