President Donald Trump is set to tout US foreign policy and strength on the world stage at this week's UN General assembly meeting in New York. Fox's Madeleine Rivera has more.

The 80th UN General assembly comes at a time when it's facing political and financial challenges. It's reeling after the US Its single largest donor, significantly reduced funding, leaving the organization to manage the fallout on its operations. There'll be a focus on the Middle east, too, with the UN Secretary General once again calling for a two state solution to end the war in Gaza. It comes as more European nations move toward recognizing Palestinian statehood.

Australia, Canada and the UK among the nations formally recognizing a Palestinian state. Sunday. A mass shooting in Indianapolis early Sunday left at least two people dead, five others hurt. Indianapolis Police Sgt. William Young spoke with Fox, 59 Indianapolis, about the incident.

This is certainly heartbreaking. Obviously you know that we've had a busy night. Our Metro officers have been extremely busy and we're doing everything that we can to hold those accountable and responsible. Police say that at least one person of interest was detained. A man's in custody following a shooting at a country club in Nashua, New Hampshire. One dead to hurt. Speaking to reporters, New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella says Emotive is under investigation.

Been reports that he made certain statements such as free Palestine. But based on the evidence we have gathered, Mr. Naito made a number of statements during the event. And we don't have any evidence at this time that would indicate that Mr. Naito was motivated by a hate based motivation.
