Kevin Cork
President Trump's handpicked U.S. attorney in Virginia, Lindsey Halligan is reportedly planning to ask a grand jury in the coming days to indict former FBI Director James Comey for allegedly lying to Congress. The probe is centers on whether he lied during his September 30, 2020 testimony about his handling of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Under federal law, prosecutors have exactly five years to bring a charge. The five year mark in this instance occurs next Tuesday. Still, critics note that a months long investigation into Comey by a since removed DOJ prosecutor failed to establish probable cause of a crime.

Comey maintains he has been truthful under oath. President Trump has criticized Comey for years over his handling of the Russia collusion investigation. There are calls to tone down political rhetoric against ICE enforcement efforts after a gunman opened fire at a detention facility in Dallas Wednesday, leaving at least one person dead.
Josh Johnson
The investigation is ongoing, but what we know now is 29 year old Joshua John of Oklahoma is ID'd as the gunman who the FBI says with anti ICE messages on bullet casings sh indiscriminately onto the Dallas ICE facility, hitting three detainees, no agents before killing himself.
Kevin Cork
The takeaway from all of this is that the rhetoric has to stop. There are people out there who are seeing what is being placed online and they're coming in, they're doing acts of violence.
