The Senate's going to try again today to pass a short term spending plan and reopen the government as after a vote Thursday evening again failed to reach the 60 vote threshold.

They believe a combination of missed paychecks and mass firings could force Democrats to accept their position and reopen the government. Hamas has returned the remains of four more hostages. They say now in Israel that one of them was not a hostage. It happened after they left 20 bodies still unaccounted for. Fox's Jennifer Griffin reports from Tel Aviv, Israel.

Israeli police bowed their heads to show respect as the deceased hostages were taken to the forensics lab in Tel Aviv for identification. Israel returned 45 Palestinian corpses late Monday. It must return 15 dead Palestinians for every Israeli who was killed and returned. In Gaza, Hamas terrorists continued carrying out extrajudicial killings in public squares of those they suspect of collaborating with Israel and clans they think could threaten their authority.
