President Trump announcing his administration is cutting off trade talks with Canada after it ran what he said is fake ads protesting American tariffs hoping to influence the Supreme Court's upcoming decision on them. After months of tough trade talks, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney says his country's close economic relationship with the US Is over. Strengths based on close ties to America have become our vulnerabilities. Currently, Canada is the top export destination for more than three dozen states here in the U.S. but over the next decade, the country plans to double its non US Exports. Prime Minister Carney says it's possible the two countries could reach a deal at a summit in South Korea next week.

A tense situation at an anti ice protest outside a Coast Guard base in Alameda, California. Security personnel opened fire on a U Haul truck which accelerated backwards at the base's entrance. The driver took off. Hundreds of people have been protesting outside the base. Earlier this week, federal officials announced the base would be used as an operations center for federal immigration raids. But President Trump announced Thursday morning that those agents would no longer be deployed to San Francisco after tech leaders convinced him that the mayor there is making progress on public safety.

No injuries reported. And a 29 year old man accused of sparking the deadly Palisades fire, one of the most destructive in California history. Pleading not guilty to federal charges, Jonathan Rinderknecht appeared in federal court and is ordered to remain in custody. America is listening to Fox News.

There are two indictments at play here. One is about an illegal rigged poker scheme that involves two former NBA coaches and players. The other involves a current active NBA player accused of altering his performance during a game as part of a sports gambling scheme. That player is Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier. He was arrested in Orlando. Rozier accused of purposely leaving a game with a phantom injury so that he and his co conspirators, including his childhood friend, could make tens of thousands of dollars. Meanwhile, NBA hall of Famer and current Portland Trailblazers head coach Chauncey Billups was also arrested in Portland this morning. He's accused of working with the Mafia to defraud victims who thought they were playing fair poker games that were anything but.
