And then we all ran out because we heard shots in the student center. Police also said at least four victims were shot and taken to a local hospital. The shooting occurring during the university's homecoming weekend. Lincoln, a historically black school as a government shutdown enters its fourth week. Travelers should expect continuing flight delays.

Roughly 13,000 air traffic controls are set to miss their first paycheck on Tuesday. And Secretary Duffy is warning travelers more significant delays and cancellations will likely become inevitable.

Both British Airways and Iberia are due to resume flying to Israel today. Their service had been on and off throughout the many phases of Israel's war with Hamas and other terrorist entities. BA's flights to Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv originate at London Heathrow. Iberia's service starts at Madrid. Scandinavian Airways will resume their service to Tel Aviv from Copenhagen next week following a nine year long hiatus in the U.S. american Airlines is set to resume flights in March. The victim in this case is clinging to life right now after suffering two gunshot wounds to the neck and one in the arm. Police identified the alleged shooter as 38 year old Celine Viejo Orellana, a 38 year old Honduran national in the US illegally. Police say he's a violent offender who is not intimidated by crossing the border illegally over and over. Orellana was deported in 2007, 2018 and again five years ago. Investigators say Ortellana shot the victim while they were in their cars on Interstate 225 in Aurora. Police say they recovered Orellana's gun and that he shot at the victim at least five times.
