There is quite literally a race on to find that missing F15E crew member. The US doing everything it can, of course, to, to bring him home safely, but the Iranian military also looking for him, looking for what would be obviously a huge propaganda victory. They were very quick to start showing pictures of the wreckage of that F15E and one of the ejector seats with remnants of a parachute found near where it came down. One point we know that some of those US Helicopters took incoming fire. Some members of one of those crews were injured. But we understand the helicopters landed safely.

And Israeli forces say they are pausing strikes in the region where the airmen went missing in southwestern Iran. And as the war with Iran continues, new polling shows many Americans remain opposed to expanding military action. Congresswoman Nancy Mace, speaking on FOX News Live says Americans with loved ones in uniform are demanding answers, warning that no one wants another forever war.

We owe them an answer to the question of how, how does this end as we do with every single conflict. And it's been difficult to watch over the last 70 years. I can't name a single conflict where we've bombed Islam into peace. And so that's why these negotiations are so important right now to ensure Iran doesn't get nuclear weapons.

Newly released Justice Department documents obtained by the New York Post reveal disturbing communications involving Jeffrey Epstein and his longtime associate, psychiatrist Henry Jarecki. A 2009 email outlines a so called plan to evade law enforcement, including using disguises, plastic surgery, multiple passports and hiding overseas. The message, reportedly framed as research for a book, also suggests gathering information on accusers and maintaining cash reserves. The exchange came as Epstein neared the end of a controversial Florida sentence tied to a 2008 plea deal. NASA's Artemis 2 mission is heading towards the far side of the moon. The Artemis 2 mission is now closer to the moon than it is to the Earth. And on the way out, the astronauts on board have been sending back some dramatic photos of our home planet. And when they fly around the far side of the moon on Monday, they're likely to see some features directly with human eyes that previously could only be seen in satellite photos. After their lunar flyby, the Orion space capsule will essentially free fall back to Earth for a parachute assisted splashdown in the Pacific Ocean and that is scheduled for late Friday.

The goal of the Artemis program is to return humans to the moon, establish a sustainable long term presence there, and use it as a stepping stone for future missions to Mars. President Trump yesterday directed the Department of Homeland Security to pay all of its employees amid a record long shutdown at DHS that has now lasted nearly 50 days. I'm Jane Fergus.
