She's filing a police report, her attorneys rejecting Swalwell's apology for past mistakes in judgment in a statement that also called allegations false. The resignation of Republican Congressman Tony Gonzalez takes effect later today after he admitted an affair with a staffer who died by suicide. Former Michigan football coach Sharon Moore just sentenced to probation. No jail time after pleading no contest to misdemeanors in connection with a confrontation at a staffer's home after Moore was fired for having an inappropriate relationship with her.
