A crackdown on unpaid child support spearheaded by the U.S. state Department, which tells the Associated Press this Friday it will begin revoking the US Passports of parents who owe a significant amount of in child support, focusing first on those who owe at least $100,000. But the plan is to expand that to cover parents who owe more than 2500, a threshold set in a 1996 law. America's top diplomat meets with the pope, we're told.
