The California Highway Patrol says an Amber Alert activ for an abducted four year old child now includes a death investigation as the body of the girl's mother has been found in LA's West Adams neighborhood. We're told the girl's father, 40 year old Reuben Fragoso, is the suspect in both the kidnapping and homicide. With a BOLO out on a white 2019 Land Rover Discovery with California plates 9D AW715. Anyone who sees this vehicle is urged to call 911.

Two Utah children remain missing along with their father, Dane Steven Richmond, who failed to drop them off for a custody exchange Saturday and is now charged with custodial interference court documents describing the father's financial situation as dire, also showing he quit his job earlier this month and was selling possessions. Investigators say there's information suggesting he may have crossed the San Diego border into Mexico. Last week. The man accused of killing a millionaire is found incompetent to stand trial.

Marquise James is accused of killing 87 year old Robert Fuller Jr. At an assisted living facility in Potomac. A Montgomery County, Maryland, circuit judge ruled James is a public danger and ordered him held in a psychiatric hospital. He'll be evaluated again in November. Prosecutors say James planned to kill Fuller, a millionaire from Maine who practiced law and gave his wealth to organizations in and around Augusta, the state capital. A separate civil lawsuit filed by Fuller's partner against the assisted living facility claims James was not qualified to work at the same place where his mother was the hiring manager.
