One of the people injured has died after yesterday's tank implosion at a Washington state paper mill. That brings confirmed deaths to two. But nine workers are missing and presumed dead.

Matthew Perry's personal assistant just sentenced to more than three years in prison in connection with the overdose death of The Friends star, 60 year old Kenneth Imawasa, the last of five people who made made plea deals on the case. Iwasa was a live in assistant who helped Perry get more ketamine than his doctor would prescribe for depression, injected him with the dose that killed him and found him dead. His lawyer telling the judge all he did was accommodate Mr. Perry. The judge, though, called him reckless and said he could have said no. A record day on Wall street. The Dow up 182 at the bell. America is listening to Fox News. Seattle's Democratic mayor calls violence unsettling and says police have increased overnight patrols after one neighborhood built homemade barricades because of safety concerns. But city officials say those roadblocks could pose risks and are illegal.

These barricades are illegal because residents didn't get a permit. But they did do two things. They stopped through traffic. But more importantly, they got City Hall's attention, local tv radio. They did this story. Why? Because the barricades are symbolic. They're not just four streets in a city of millions, but represent frustration with rising crime. Roving gangs forcing these residents to erect metal barricades to protect themselves. For years, residents along Aurora Avenue begged the city to help stop the prostitutes, the pimps, the drug dealers from inundating their neighborhood.
