The Trump administration still hopes to treat Americans exposed to Ebola in Africa, in Kenya instead of flying them back to the States. But a Kenyan court recently pausing construction of a quarantine facility.

Ex are accused of planning and executing an arson attack at their boarding school in central Kenya. Fire tore through a dormitory at the Utomishi Girls Academy. A staff member failed to open an emergency exit, forcing all 202 students to attempt to leave through a single door. CCTV footage shows six individuals starting the fire moments before the students Woke up. Almost 80 people were wounded. Police say the fire was started by lighting a mattress using matches and paraffin, but they haven't revealed a mot, says Jonathan Savage.

Donald Petronas is charged with second degree breach of peace. Police were called to his home in Enfield, Connecticut, told he'd been threatening violence against workers at a new Amazon facility job site. They say he refused to talk at first, eventually letting officers in to take his firearms away pending an investigation. What they also found was a World War II era mortar round. The house was evacuated and neighbors were told to either stay inside or leave. Bomb squad personnel were called in. The mortar was found to be inert.
