Fox's Lucas Tomlinson, now Pakistan's foreign minister, says the text of a deal is final and agreed to. With all this optimism, oil prices are falling down around 4% since yesterday. The suspect is dead after a mass shooting and standoff in Midland, Texas.

At least one person was killed. Midland Memorial Hospital revealing it received nine victims from the incident, noting three have been dis discharged, three are still in surgery and two are in stable condition.

A federal judge in D.C. says President Trump's name still has to come off the Kennedy center by today.

U.S. district Judge Christopher Cooper denied a request to pause his earlier ruling. Late Thursday, the Justice Department filed a last minute appeal on behalf of the Kennedy Center's Trump appointment. Appointed board of trustees seeking to keep the president's name on the building. Judge Cooper ruled on May 29 that Trump's name was illegally added to the John F. Kennedy center for the Performing Arts, finding only Congress could change its name and ordered all references to Trump must be removed by June 12th.

The demand from Ariana Grande came in response to the White house posting a TikTok video earlier this month promoting its crackdown on immigration that used the song bye from her 2024 Eternal Sunshine album, saying President Trump has delivered the most secure border in history.
