The Wall Street Journal is reporting the Islamic Republic estimates that charging for security, safety and environmental services in the strait would bring in $40 billion a year in revenue. And the idea if it's implemented, they say would bring Tehran cash flow in control that it did not command before the war.

A new national survey finds most Americans favor some form of religious expression in public schools, but most prefer that it be voluntary.

Six in 10Americans surveyed by the Pew center say they support allowing teacher led school prayer, but only if students don't have to participate.
