Clocks ticking on the big, beautiful bill. I'm Daria Albinger, Fox News. Senators have a text in place, but they say Republicans need to unite behind the measure before President Trump's July 4 deadline. There is word they could begin the process of voting on that bill today. Oklahoma Senator Mark Wayne Mullen on FOX News Live.
Mark Wayne Mullen
We've all had time to negotiate what we want on the bill. And at the end of the day, your idea may be a great idea, but you have to deliver 51 votes. 49 doesn't get you there. 51 is the key number to pass.

The measure still faces pushback from Democrats who say it cuts entitlement programs too much, and they say many Americans will be affected by that. And from Republicans who say the measure doesn't cut the programs enough. The Supreme Court has cleared the way for President Trump to move forward with some policies. Some of these policies that they're looking to pursue include ending sanctuary city funding, suspending refugee settlement, and ending birthright citizenship. Democrats say the Supreme Court's ruling undermines a crucial check on the president's use of executive authority. The president argues otherwise.
Pam Bondi
Well, this really brings back the Constitution. This is what it's all about. And this is really the opposite of that. I mean, the question is fine, but it's the opposite. The Constitution has been brought back.
Madeline Rivera
The high court, though, did not rule on whether birthright citizenship order, whether that is constitutional. That was what this case was initially about. Attorney General Pam Bondi did not give too many details about how that order will be implemented as it continues to be litigated.

The court also sided with religious parents in Maryland, allowing them to opt their children out from lessons involving LGBTQ books. The French News Service says 13 Pakistani soldiers were killed in a suicide attack in northwest Pakistan. America's listening to FOX News.

In a post on telegram, Ukraine's military said they hit four SU34 planes as well as facilities that service and repair them. It happened at a Russian base more than 550 miles east from the Ukrainian border. Now, yesterday in Minsk, President Putin said that they are ready for a third round of peace talks with Ukraine, but a date has not yet been set. The Russian leader said the terms and conditions of a potential ceasefire are expected to be on the agenda, but so far, previous efforts have been brief and yielded no progress. And the war shows no signs of slowing.
