The helicopters have been overhead taking part in this frantic search. And we heard from the city manager that they're now going to have boots on the ground. Crews going old school in the newly exposed banks, walking up and down the river searching for victims in this case. And they've got information from the locals as far as where debris normally piles up when they do have a flooding incident like this. Now, on Thursday, this area was bombarded with rain. On Friday, the Guadalupe river came up as much as 26ft in 45 minutes. This area is prone to flooding.

It's moving north at 2, but it's expected to move more north and northeast and pick up some forward speed. The this is not going to rapidly intensify. It's not expected to between sheer and dry air. We don't expect it to become any more than a tropical storm. The official forecast is it for to increase to 45 miles an hour.
