Forty mile an hour, so it's a minimal low grade tropical storm. The number one impact by far will be the locally heavy rain, especially along and where the center comes on shore. Sometime late tonight, but more than likely sometime Sunday morning, maybe before sunrise, maybe just after sunrise. It's a broad center at this point. It's moving north at 2, but it's expected to move more north and northeast and pick up some forward speed. The this is not going to rapidly intensify. It's not expected to between sheer and dry air. We don't expect it to become any more than a tropical storm. The official forecast is it for to increase to 45 miles an hour.

President Trump has signed his one big beautiful bill.
Donald Trump
Minutes after B2 bombers and F22 and F35 jets flew over the White House as part of a July 4th celebration. President Trump signed the Republican tax and spending cuts package.
It's the most popular bill ever signed in the history of our country. Whether you're military or anybody else, this is the most single most popular bill ever signed.
The big beautiful bill, as the president dubbed it, extends and expands tax cuts approved during his first term and gives a massive funding boost to border and immigration enforcement. It also includes an overhaul of Medicaid and food stamps. Democrats say those cuts will mean millions lose health and nutrition benefits. At the White House, Jared Halpern, FOX News.

Meanwhile, over in Miami, similar protests downtown. This also comes as approximately 200 U.S. marines from the Core Air Station in North Carolina are being deployed to Florida to augment ICE's immigration enforcement, though it will most be logistical help.
