President Trump is offering his complete and total endorsement to Senator Darlene Graham, the sister of South Carolina Republican Lindsey Graham, if she chooses to run for late brother's Senate seat. That term expires the end of this year and a Republican primary is set for next month to replace Lindsey Graham on the ballot. The president says Darlene Graham is a spectacular person and a true American patriot and says he's asked her to run in the special primary for the good of the nation. Darlene Graham was sworn in this week as senator to serve out the rest of Lindsey Graham's term.

California based Taylor Farms is volunteering voluntarily recalling all iceberg lettuce sourced from central Mexico. This after federal health officials announced an apparent link between that lettuce used by Taco Bell and a parasite driven outbreak in multiple states. However, the cause of more illnesses in other states remains under investigation. Stocks finish lower the Dow down 406 at the bell. America is listening to FOX News.

A police marine unit discovering 58 year old Tondra Madruga's body near Treasure island former Navy station in the San Francisco Bay. The victim's family taken to Facebook to say they are heartbroken by the loss of our beloved mother, daughter, sister and aunt. This the second confirmed fatality after a recreational cruise boat carrying 20 people for a memorial service capsized after being hit by a wave. 79 year old Clifford Boyza died after being pulled from the chilly waters. Two others are still missing. A dog on board was also killed.

Fox's Kristen Goodwin officials believe that boat is submerged more than 100ft deep. Boeing gets a green light from the FAA to take responsibility for certifying all of its 737 Max and 787 jets beginning next week. This follows months of review. The FAA says Boeing's final safety checks are now good enough to ensure the planes are airworthy. However, government inspectors will keep monitoring production at the company's plants. The FAA took over 737 Max approvals in 2019 after two deadly crashes blamed on a new software system later. Also ending the company's right to self certify the 787s. A man in Michigan is accused of bilking investors out of a billion dollar project the prosecutors say was never meant to be buil.

The attorney's office says it was supposed to be a $3 billion sports and entertainment complex in Romulus near Detroit's airport that turned out to be a scheme to steal millions from investors. In which 66 year old Ken Bardwell is now facing felony charges accused of using investors money on luxury items and personal expenses. City leaders in Romulus saying they supported the project until concerns about its legitimacy emerged and were referred to the FBI.
