Two well placed sources familiar with the probe tell Fox News that Letitia James and her office have been subpoenaed as part of a sweeping probes into her professional and personal dealings. First, a grand jury investigation underway in Albany, New York, ordered by Attorney General Pam Bondi related to Trump's alleged deprivation of rights, meaning someone in a position of legal authority violating someone else's constitutional or legal rights. Bondi personally signed off on the probe. Recently, we've learned James and her office.

The DeKalb county police officer who died is 33 year old David Rose and he leaves behind a wife, two children and a third child on the way. The Atlanta police chief says officers found Rose critically hurt at the shooting scene not long after the first 911 call regarding an active shooter. Rose was rushed to the nearby Emory Hospital where he later died. Now, when officers found Rose, they heard gunshots coming from inside a nearby CVS and they found the suspected shooter on on the second floor. The shooting prompted lockdowns at the cdc, Emory University and nearby schools and daycares. Officials told the community to run and hide.
