Abrego Garcia is accusing the Trump administration of trying to pressure him into a plea deal. He's the Maryland man who's become the picture of President Trump's immigration crackdown after he was mistakenly deported to El Salvador earlier this year. He was brought back in June but is still waiting to face trial in Tennessee on human smuggling charges. And he was on Ice's radar in the first place over alleged ties to MS.13. After months in custody, he was released from jail on Friday and is back with his family in Maryland. But it looks like he won't be a free man for long. He was told to report to ICE in Baltimore on Monday and has been notified that they plan to deport him to Uganda.

Russia is accusing Ukraine of launching drone attacks at the country's energy infrastructure, which it says sparked a blaze at a nuclear power plant in the Kursk region in western Russia. Russian officials posting on social media the fire was extinguished quickly and nobody was hurt. The International Atomic Energy Agency, the UN's nuclear watchdog, said radiation levels near the plant were normal, but said every nuclear facility must be protected at all times. Ukraine has not commented on the drone attacks which coincide with Sunday's 34th anniversary of the country's independence. Jack Callahan, Fox News for the second.

The illegal immigrant truck driver charged for a crash in Florida that killed three people is denied bail.

28 year old Harjinder Singh facing three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of manslaughter and he has not yet entered a plea of guilty or not guilty the judge acknowledged Singh is an illegal alien. She said he's a substantial flight risk, saying no conditions of release would ensure his appearance at trial. So all this comes after seeing allegedly killed three people on a Florida highway earlier this month. Video shows Singh making an illegal U turn in an 18 wheeler while a minivan crashes in to the truck. Questions remain as to how Singh was able to get a commercial driver's license in both California and Washington state.

Fox's Madison Scorpiono A bus carrying a junior high school football team to a game crashed Saturday north of Pittsburgh, sending 21 of the 28 people on board to the hospital. The crash happened in economy borough that's about 20 miles north of Pittsburgh. Borough Police Chief Michael O' Brien said the bus turned on its side during the crash but then turned back upright as the students were evacuating the vehicle. A social media page for the team said each player was being evaluated at asked for a thought or prayer for each player or coach. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has supervised the test firing of two types of new anti air missiles. This is according to the country's state run media, displaying the North's expanding military capabilities as South Korea and the US Carry out joint military drills since Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Kim Jong Un has sent thousands of troops and large shipments of weapons, including missiles, to help Russia's invasion of Ukraine. I'm James Fergus, this is Fox News.
