Secret Service Special Agent Robert Furcano was ahead of President Trump on his West Palm beach golf course last September. Scanning the hole ahead, he said he noticed abnormalities in the fence line. There appeared to be a face, a weapon barrel and Humvee type plates like he used to see in the Marines being used for armor. He thought the individual at first was homeless, but then he realized the barrel of an AK was pointed at his face. On cross examination, Ryan Ruth, who is representing himself, asked if he could have raised the gun and fired at the agent that day. For Conno replied, I don't know what your mindset was that day.
