Utah's Governor Spencer Cox says the shooter is not cooperating with authorities. Meanwhile, the governor says the shooter's roommate, a boyfriend who is transitioning from male to female, was quote, shocked and is assisting law enforcement. The governor says the shooter apparently became radicalized in part on dark corners of the web. Also Tonight in Washington, D.C. there will be a large memorial for Charlie Kirk, including members of the Trump administration, Congress and national conservative leaders focusing on prayer and celebrating the life of Kirk who was killed at just 31 years old.

Yesterday in London was reportedly the UK's largest free speech festival. Tens of thousands of people were there, some holding pictures and banners of Kirk. And Elon Musk virtually spoke to the crowd calling out the quote, violence on the left. Also yesterday, the Oregon Ducks football team beat the Northwestern Wildcats. In Kirk's wife's address to the nation Friday, she mentioned how Kirk was a die hard Ducks fan fan. After the game, Oregon coach Dan Lanning spoke about the broken state of our country. And at Bristol Motor Speedway yesterday, Kirk's photo was put on the Jumbotron during the NASCAR cup series.

This week. So far, 13 of the prosecution's witnesses have taken the stand, including Secret Secret Service, FBI agents and local law enforcement. On Friday, FBI Special Agent Catherine Rose, she showed the jury several pieces of evidence left behind at the scene, including a Chinese made rifle, two bags, a GoPro style camera that was tied to the fence and heavy metal plates, which prosecutors said were meant to be bulletproof shielding.

Ruth has chosen to represent himself in the case. The court resuming Monday with prosecutors expected to continue calling FBI witnesses as they build their case. Vaccinations for those exposed to the Ebola virus and frontline health workers are now underway. In southern Congo, an outbreak of the highly contagious disease was announced earlier this month. It's killed at least 60 people. According to the Africa Centers for Disease control and prevention, 4,100 doses of the vaccine have been dispatched, with the rest to be distributed later. You filled your car, you know oil industry analyst Trilby Lundberg, the publisher Lundberg survey on the direction gas prices are headed. Nationally, the price of regular grade gasoline jumped nearly 7 cents in the past three weeks. And from here, it's probably going to reverse itself and go down maybe by a very similar amount. The national average, now $3.29 a gallon, that's up 7 cents in recent weeks. Lundberg says that reason for the expected increase in prices is because of repairs that have been made.
