President Trump also clarifying a previous comment about a willingness to help by air. He says he meant help to secure the peace after the war is settled. The president is expected to have a call tomorrow with China's leader in part to finalize a deal to save TikTok from a U.S. ban.

The social media giant has until mid December to divest from its Chinese parent company, a deadline recently extended again by President Trump. A Pennsylvania prosecutor just confirming an ambush in last night's killing of three police officers, saying the gunman who was killed by officers was a suspected stalker who hid at his ex girlfriend's home, opening fire on officers who came to arrest him. In addition to the three officers killed, two others were injured. Four of these five officers worked for the Northern York County Regional Police Department, where a makeshift memorial is growing now outside the building. A record day on Wall Street.
