President Trump saying again he's very disappointed in Russia's President Putin. Also telling Fox's Martha MacCallum after meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer that it could help for other NATO allies to put pressure on China.

A Pennsylvania prosecutor just confirming an ambush in last night's killing of three police officers, saying the gunman who was killed by officers was a suspected stalker who hid at his ex girlfriend's home, opening fire on officers who came to arrest him. In addition to the three officers killed, two others were injured. Four of these five officers worked for the Northern York County Regional Police Department, where a makeshift memorial is growing now outside the building. A record day on Wall Street.
