Overnight, hundreds of thousands of Israelis gathered here in Hostages Square for what they hope will be their final rally with the families of those expected to be released by Hamas standing behind them and many former hostages. President Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump, son in law Jared Kushner and special envoy Steve Witkoff addressed the crowd about this historic peace plan. What does this moment mean to you?

Anticipation is high in these final hours. The hostages are expected to be picked up by the Red Cross inside Gaza and then transferred to Israeli forces. Then they'll be reunited with family members and flown by helicopter to local hospitals for medical treatment. The hostages are set to be exchanged for nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners. 142 of them are legged, likely to be deported abroad, 100 released into the West bank, five to East Jerusalem and three to Gaza.

President Trump is traveling to the region for the signing of the peace agreement. A state of emergency is in effect for New Jersey as a nor' easter hammers the East Coast. Several airports in the Northeast are dealing with ground stops issued by the FAA today due to poor weather conditions being produced by that nor'. Easter. The restrictions have been affecting flights arriving into Washington, D.C. newark, Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia, Philadelphia International and Boston Logan. The ground stops have been running from 20 to 70 minutes long. These disruptions are expected to be done by 11:00pm Eastern Time tonight, but travelers are encouraged to check with their flight status with their airline before heading to the airport. At least 41 people are confirmed dead following rain, floods and landslides in Mexico.
D (2:22)
Torrential rainfall triggered floods and landslides in central and southeastern Mexico, the number of dead increasing as thousands of soldiers scour the destruction while clearing roads blocked by trees and cars. Residents of Posa Rica, an oil town 170 miles northeast of Mexico City, reported hearing the wall of water and crashing cars before seeing 12ft of water flood the streets on Friday. Many were unable to evacuate in time. In the state of Hidalgo, north of Mexico City, power was cut off to 150 communities as of Saturday. In the state of Puebla, east of Mexico City, nearly 20,000 homes are reported damaged or destroyed across the Gulf Coast State's 55 municipalities. Ann Kerik, FOX News.
