He has a White House meeting set for Friday with Ukraine's President Zelensky, who says the main focus will be possible new weapons to put more pressure on Russia for peace.

European countries now purchase weapons to be sent to Ukraine, Zelensky's long wanted longer range capabilities. On Sunday, President Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One it is appropriate to bring up the possibility of sending Ukraine Tomahawk missiles with Russia.

Do they want to have Tomahawks going in that direction? I don't think so. I think I might speak to Russia about that. In all fairness, I told that to President Zelensky because Tomahawks are a new step of aggression.
