Lindsay Hecox, a transgender student at Boise State University who filed a 2020 lawsuit against Idaho Governor Brad Little and the state's ban on transgender athletes in women's sp recently asking the Supreme Court to dismiss the case, but a federal judge rejecting the college senior's motion, finding Idaho has a fair right to have its arguments heard.
