Police in south Fulton, just west of Atlanta, got all the people out of the mail facility and closed roads leading to it. As they investigated, the Atlanta police bomb squad was called in to remove the device, which was later determined to be a, quote, real explosive. One man who works in the area said it's not the first time for something like this.
