Some good news from President Trump's Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant, who says a framework agreement has been agreed to with China which covers rare earth minerals. Those minerals power everything from iPhones to cars to fighter jets as well as TikTok and soybeans. President Trump arriving in Malaysia breaking out his signature dance moves before getting serious, providing over that peace deal ending decades long hostilities between Southeast Asian neighbors Cambodia and Thailand.

Two of the four potential suspects are in custody, but the race is on to recover those precious items. The Paris prosecutor's office said investigators made the arrest last night, adding that one of the men taken into custody was preparing to leave the country. From Paris's Charles de Gaulle Airport. The Parisian newspaper says he was going to depart to Algeria. The two men are in their 30s, originally from a suburb north of Paris, and they are said to be known to French police.

Ice and Border Patrol agents have seized hundreds of firearms which were smuggled from Texas into Mexico.

Agents at The Laredo Bridge 2 port of entry stopped two southbound vehicles towing box trailers for inspection. They noticed irregularities in the walls and discovered false compartments packed with weap. They seized roughly 400 firearms of various calibers, high capacity magazines and thousands of rounds of ammunition. Homeland Security officials say the guns were headed into Mexico where cartels are fueling violence. The two drivers, a father and son were arrested on charges of federal firearms smuggling. The father is a lawful permanent U.S. resident, his son a U.S. citizen. Kathleen Maloney, FOX News.

Russia says it has a new nuclear missile which can travel thousands of miles. Fox's Jill NATO has a story.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said his country's tested a new nuclear capable and powered cruise missile, and he says it's able to get around existing defenses. It's called the Burevestnik. Its NATO code name is Skyfall. And a top Russian general reported it flew 8,700 miles and stayed in the air for 15 hours. And he says that's not even the limit. But Western experts are doubtful about claims that the new missile's got a nuclear engine, saying such an engine would be highly unreliable. Putin has told his forces to prepare the infrastructure needed to deploy the missile. Joel NATO, FOX News.

The International association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers union at Boeing will stay on strike for the time being. Members voted to reject the jet maker's latest contract offer. It's the fourth time the union has struck down company proposals since since negotiations began last summer. Its latest offer included 1.5% increases in wages and a 2 1/2% lump sum in year four for top paid employees. I'm Daria Aldinger. This is FOX News.
