Georgia Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff releases a second report on possible neglect at federal immigration detention centers.

The report features more than 80 cases where ice detainees, attorneys, advocates and at least one Department of Home Security employee describe people in detention centers being forced to compete for clean water, denied access to insulin asthma medication and left without medical attention. An Alabama man arrested earlier this week and accused of threatening to attack a synagogue now faces federal charges suspected of threatening multiple religious leaders.

Federal prosecutors are now charging Jeremy Wayne Shoemaker of Needham, Alabama, with making an interstate threat in connection to his earlier arrest on suspicion of plotting attacks against synagogues and rabbis. According to court documents, Shoemake Shaker made a series of menacing calls and texts to rabbis not just in Alabama but also in Louisiana as well as against an imam in Georgia and even a church in North Carolina. Officers raiding his home uncovered a cachet of firearms and ammunition. But filings in court suggest Shoemaker may have had previously been diagnosed as mentally ill, with his own grandmother telling federal agents he refused to take his medications.

JP Morgan's investment bank is looking ahead to the launch of the Texas Stock Exchange next year. In Dallas, it is leading a group investing about $90 million in the exchange. It's being promoted as an alternative to the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq and says it will be more CEO friend. Previous investors include Citadel Securities, BlackRock and Charles Schwab. The Wall Street Journal says the new investment brings total fundraising for TXSE to above $250 million. It received approval from the securities and Exchange Commission in late September.
