He'll make a decision, just not yet. I'm Daria Albinger, Fox News. President Trump is reviewing his administration's latest actions in Minneapolis. Tensions are still high there after a Border Patrol officer shot and killed a man in Minneapolis Saturday. It was the second such incident this month. In a phone interview with the Wall Street Journal, the president would not say if the officer who shot Alex Priddy was doing the right thing. But, but he did say that the administration is reviewing everything and then we'll make a decision. He also signaled what he says is a willingness to eventually withdraw ice officials from the city. Bitter cold and a winter storm could not stop the protests in Minneapolis or in other cities across the nation. That storm system now bearing down on New England.

A private jet crash just after takeoff Sunday night from Bangor International Airport in Maine. There were eight people on board. At this point, there's no word on injuries or fatalities. The plane went down in severe winter weather, low visibility. The airport is closed. The public is being asked to avoid the area. Well, the latest ICE involved shooting in Minneapolis could lead to a government shutdown. Some Democratic senators are now saying they won't vote in favor of a spending bill to avert one because it funds ICE.

This bill funds 78% of the government. It includes money for DHS and the Pentagon. Independent Senator Angus King of Maine helped end the fall shutdown, but he will not vote yes this time because of ice. New Hampshire Democrat Jean Shaheen did not respond directly when asked how she would vote.

A pair of competitive but very different games on Sunday set the stage for Super Bowl 60. Enjoying ideal football weather, the Seahawks won a shootout over NFC west rivals the Rams 31 27. Sam Darnold 346 yards and three touchdowns through the air in Denver. The Patriots beat the Broncos 107 in blizzard conditions. Only three points scored in the second half. Once the snow rolled in, that was enough for New England to advance to a record 12th Super Bowl. They'll try to win their seventh championship in a rematch of Super Bowl 49 won by New England. I'm Tim McMaster. Fox News the Big Game is set.
