The FBI says new identifying details about the suspect and the kidnapping of Nancy Guthrie have been confirmed after a forensic analysis of the doorbell camera footage by the FBI's Operational Technology Division explaining it's a male, approximately 5 foot 9 to 5 foot 10 inches tal with an average build. Adding in the video he is wearing a black 25 liter Ozark Trail hiker pack backpack. The agency increasing its reward to up to $100,000 for information leading to the 84 year old's location and or the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in her disappearance. The FBI says It's collected over 13,000 tips related to the case, noting every tip is reviewed for credibility, relevance and information that can be acted upon. County have asked neighbors within a two mile radius to share any surveillance footage. Also on Thursday to merge the Pima County, Arizona sheriff is accused of blocking the FBI from key evidence in the Nancy Guthrie disappearance case. South Carolina State University on lockdown early this morning after a shooting on Thursday night. Two people are dead, another injured. The university confirming the shooting in a statement saying the state's University of Public Safety and officers with the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety and sheriff's office were assisting in the investigation. The victims identities not yet released. No immediate word of a motive but classes have been canceled at the school for later Today. Friday. And NASA's Crew 12, the next mission of the International Space Station set to launch within the hour from Cape Canaveral, Florida. Originally scheduled to launch Wednesday. The launch was delayed due to elevated winds. A four person crew will fly aboard a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft and Falcon 9 rocket. The mission set to launch at 5:15 Eastern Time. This morning. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem joining border officials in San Diego to provide an update on drug seizures at the southern border under the Trump administration.

President Trump has cut off the flow of trafficking down at the southern border and just of fentanyl. We've seen a decrease of 56% drop in fentanyl coming into this country.

Secretary Noem, speaking over sirens that sounded outside the facility in Otay May, says law enforcement responded to anti Trump protesters. Congress failing to vote on funding for DHS over disputes about ICE, leaving thousands of government workers at TSA, FEMA and the U.S. coast Guard temporarily without pay. Republicans have been asking for a two week extension for the DHS budget so negotiations on long term funding could continue. And borders are Tom Homan announcing a major drawdown of ICE agents from Minnesota saying the operation is about to conclude. Fox's Brooke Taylor is in Minneapolis with more.

At the peak of this operation There was about 3,000 federal law enforcement officers on the ground. Typically before this operation there was 150 ICE officers here in Minnesota. Hoeman said that officers here on detail, they're going to go back to their home stations or other areas of the country where they're needed. He did say, though, officers who were assigned to Minneapolis for the time first fraud investigations are going to stay in place until the work is done. The decision to end Operation Metro Surge was signed off by President Trump after Homan says they got unprecedented support from local and state officials and cooperation with jails who are willing to honor those ICE detainers. Homan took over the Minnesota operation in late January after the shooting deaths of Alex Preddy and Renee Good.
