Trying to end the war between Russia and Ukraine. I'm Ted Lindner, FOX News. And one of the moves as the war continues, Poland on Monday night temporarily shutting down or restricting portions of its airspace into Tuesday in Poland's southeast region near the Ukrainian border due to unplanned military activity. This because of intensified Russian airstrikes on Ukraine. It comes as Russia, Ukraine and US Negotiators are set to meet in Geneva, Switzerland today to try and end the nearly four year long war. President Trump telling reporters Monday Ukraine needs to make decisions quickly.

In Rhode island, at least three people dead, three in critical condition after a shooter opened fire at a high school hockey game, possibly stemming from a domestic dispute. Pawtucket Mayor Don Grebian says police are cooperating with the state.

Officials are hoping DNA evidence will shed light on who abducted Nancy Guthrie. The search now for her entering a third week. Fox's Kristin Goodwin with more it's been.

17 days since 84 year old Nancy Guthrie was last seen at her home in Tucson. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos stressing members of her family, including her three children, have been cleared of suspicion, explaining in a statement the family has been nothing but cooperative and gracious and are victims in this case. The FBI revealing a glove found about two miles away from the home is being analyzed for DNA and appears to match the gloves worn by a masked man caught on doorbell camera footage the morning of her disappearance. The FBI says the man appears to be 5ft 9 to 5ft 10 inches tall, with an average build, recently doubling a re its offering in the case from $50,000 to $100,000. Has repeatedly pleaded for the 84 year old's safe return. NBC TODAY co host Savannah Guthrie telling whoever has her mother it's never too late to do the right thing. And the partial government shutdown continues to drag on as DHS funding talks stall in Congress. Fox's Jeff Manasso has more.

Many federal employees could soon be without a paycheck with House instead of Democrats saying they'll only vote to fund a DHS when every ICE agent is identifiable with their masks removed, I believe they'll have no choice but to go along with us because it's so common sense. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on CNN's State of the Union as Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett and other Republicans call the demands a non starter.
