A federal judge has ruled Immigration and Customs Enforcement cannot re detain Kilmar Abrego garcia because a 90 day detention period's expired and the government's got no viable plan for deporting him. Abrego Garcia has got an American wife and child and has lived in Maryland for years, but he immigrated to the US illegally as a teen. In 2019, an immigration judge ruled that he could not be deported to El Salvador, but by mistake he was deported there anyway. Last year and US Capitol Police arresting an 18 year old man who hopped out of his vehicle and ran towards the west side of the Capitol building with a shotgun. The man driving a Mercedes SUV ordered to the ground when police saw him. Capitol Police Chief Michael Sullivan says the man was wearing a tactical vest and gloves and had a Kevlar helmet and gas mask inside of the vehicle. I'm Ted Litner and this is FOX News.
