He'll head to Malaysia, Japan, South Korea with several goals in mind. On Sunday, he'll attend the association of Southeast Asian nations, known as Asiani's working on economic deals which include mineral deals, also ceasefire deals. But perhaps the biggest ticket item of the week, that face to face meeting with his Chinese counterpart, President Xi, that'll take place next Thursday in Seoul, South Korea. The two will talk trade and tariffs. The Chinese Embassy in Washington, though not happy with an investigation into whether China violated its 2019 trade agreement with the U.S. the outcome of that could open the new path for President Trump to impose tariffs on China.

With the score tied at 2 in the sixth, the Blue Jays knocked Dodgers starter Blake Snell out of the game with the bases loaded and no outs and the bullpen collapsed. Snell entered the matchup on a hot streak. He had allowed just two earned runs and 21 innings this postseason. Game 2 of the World Series is Saturday night in Toronto at 8 Eastern. President Trump says that he's terminated all trade talks on Truth Social. The president upset about an ad buy from the government of Ontario, Canada that cut up the words of former President Reagan to make it seem like he was against tariff in a speech about Japan. The speech was actually advocating free and fair trade, saying that tariffs to should be at the discretion of the president because he was justifying tariffs he was imposing on Japan. So the premier of Ontario posting that in speaking with Prime Minister Carney, Ontario will pause its US Advertising campaign effective Monday so that trade talks can resume.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney pledged to continue negotiating with the United States as soon as possible, stating that discussions would benefit both Canadian and American workers.
