There was some kind of dispute between the driver of a gray Dodge and a white SUV that escalated into a physical fight during which the driver of the Dodge shot into the suv, killing the male driver and injuring the female passenger as well as two young children sitting in the backseat. A third child was with them but was not hurt. All three of the injured were taken to the hospital. The shooter was taken into custody. Detectives are still watching surveillance footage and trying to piece together what started all of this. As of right now, it's still unclear if the two drivers knew each other. The plan reportedly includes Kyiv ceding territory to Moscow, abandoning its NATO ambitions and limiting the size of its army. Ukraine's president warns the proposal may force his country to choose between losing its dignity or risk losing US Support. Trump is giving Ukraine until Thursday to accept, accept or reject the plan, though he now says this won't be his final offer.
