A woman who cut off her ankle monitor and escaped a group home in Madison, Wisconsin, has been caught in Illinois Fox's Marion Rafferty has more on that.

A Wisconsin woman convicted in the so called Slender man stabbing has been captured after going missing. Police say 23 year old Morgan Geyser was found near a Chicago area truck stop about 24 hours after leaving an Illinois group home. Geisser was just 12 when she and a friend stabbed a classmate more than a dozen times to please a fictional horror character. The victim survived.

Geyser pleaded guilty to attempted first degree intentional homicide, but claimed she was not responsible due to her mental illness. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem over the weekend announcing $10,000 bonuses to airline traffic controllers who continue to work during the government shutdown despite not being paid.
