Mangione then handing over a fake ID Prosecutors releasing the footage during the pretrial hearing in Manhattan Tuesday, which was also the one year anniversary of Mangione's arrest. He's pled not guilty to both state and federal murder charges. Lillian Wu, FOX News.

It's a New England murder trial. It's gotten nationwide attention. Prosecutors in Massachusetts have rested their case against Brian Walsh. She's accused of killing his wife Anna on New Year's Eve 2022 and then dismembering her remains, throwing them in area dumpsters. Before the trial, Walsh pleaded guilty to illegally disposing of his wife's body and misleading police after her death. But the jury doesn't know that. He maintains he did not kill her. And no winner in Wednesday night's Powerball jackpot worth $930 million. Numbers drawn, 10, 16, 29, 33, 69 and a Powerball of 22. Jackpot now jumps to 1 billion for Saturday.
