The U.S. coast Guard is working to intercept a third oil tanker in international waters near Venezuela. Officials say it's under sanctions and flying a false flag. It comes days after President Trump announced a total and complete blockade of sanctioned oil tankers and entering and leaving the country. The action is part of a pressure campaign to force Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro from power. The US Accuses the government of using oil revenue to fund narco terrorism.

Senator Lindsey Graham says he's in favor of regime change arousing Venezuela's president. Ukrainian and Russian delegates closing out talks this weekend with American negotiators in Florida. Russia and Ukraine say talks this weekend to end their war have been productive. Both sides met with U.S. officials separately in Miami. Major sticking points over territory and Ukraine's security guarantees remain. The talks come as Ukraine says Russia launched 2500 aerial attacks at its country just in the last week. Ukraine also claiming it hit a Russian warship.

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham telling NBC News that President Trump needs to pressure Russia harder or lawmakers will enact their own sanctions. That bill has 85 co sponsors from both parties. Senator Graham also recommending seizing Russian oil tankers. And the Powerball jackpot for tonight now stands at an estimated $1.6 billion, making it one of the largest lotto prizes in U.S. history. This after no ticket matched all six winning numbers on Saturday. The biggest U.S. jackpot was $2.04 billion won back in 2022. America's listening to FOX News.

Eve. Triple A says more than 122 million of us are expected to travel during the Christmas and New Year's holiday travel period, which began on Saturday. About 109 million people will travel by car. Another 8 million will board planes for their getaway. Florida, Southern California and Hawaii top the list of domestic destinations for the holidays, according to AAA's booking data. Those numbers also found that a round trip domestic flight is about 7% more expensive this year. Tonya J. Powers, FOX.

News. Gas prices fell 9 cents over the last two weeks to a new national average of $2.99 per gallon for regular, according to Trilby Lumberger, the Lumberg Survey. She keeps tabs on all this stuff. She says the price decrease due to weak demand. Lumberg says gas prices have dropped 17 cents over the last month. The current price 13 cents lower than a year.

Ago. We've had more than enough gasoline and now the supply of actual gasoline has grown while our demand is still shrinking. Maybe this big price cut will stop the shrinking of demand, but that can't be known. It may be that the cost of other goods and services have not dropped.

Enough. And President Trump reportedly still has eyes for Greenland, but so does Denmark. Denmark already responding after President Trump's weekend announcement that he's appointed Louisiana Governor Jeff Landry as U.S. special envoy to the island nation. Denmark's foreign minister Lars Lok Rasmussen releasing a statement acknowledging the US Continued interest in Greenland, but adding, we insist that everyone, including the US Must show respect for the territorial integrity of the kingdom of Denmark.
